MINDFULNESS IS THE PROCESS OF PAYING ATTENTION IN AN OPEN NON-JUDGMENTAL WAY TO EXPERIENCE THE PRESENT MOMENT.
Mindfulness means paying attention to the present moment with a sense of curiosity and interest. By practicing mindfulness every day, you are making a powerful choice to meet life more fully and openly. It's about a calmer, more peaceful mind; greater self awareness; clarity, humor and connection to others.
