Nicole is an accomplished, Qualified Mindfulness (MBSR) Teacher, Founder and Clinical Director of Village Therapy Group in Briarcliff Manor NY.  She has been a therapist for 25 years in Communities and in Private Practice.  

 

She received her Qualification to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (MBSR) from University of Massachusetts Medical School, earned her MSW from Columbia University, Certificate in Clinical Supervision from Fordham University and Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from the Westchester Family Institute.

 

Nicole teaches the 8-Week MBSR Course to groups and businesses continuously while continuing to provide therapy in the individual and group setting at Village Therapy Group. She offers half day, full day and weekend retreats to meditators, an ongoing weekly meditation/dharma session and teaches various Mindfulness Workshops at schools, hospitals, libraries and senior centers.  


Nicole is an advocate of alternative methods for living with stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, illness and pain through mindfulness and meditative practices.
